The Maker's Fair at Standen House & Gardens
The Maker's Fair at Standen House and Gardens is an eagerly awaited event highlighting the finest creative talent in the south. Set against the picturesque backdrop of the croquet lawns and housed under a large marquee, this fair is a celebration of contemporary craft, handmade wares, and Art. Expect to find luxury knitwear, ceramics, basketry, printmaking, textiles, contemporary jewellery and more.

Join us for our highly anticipated Maker's Fair Summer Weekender at the grand Georgian manor, Stanmer House. This historic and elegant venue provides the perfect setting for a memorable weekend.
Discover an array of unique stalls spread throughout the opulent ground floor of the house. Outside, explore our large makers marquee in the garden, featuring even more talented makers, exciting demonstrations, and hands-on activities.
Enjoy delicious offerings from our food and drink carts, or visit the in-house café and restaurant for a sit-down meal. Getting here is easy, with the 78 bus stopping right at the doorstep of the house. Parking is available at the nearby council-owned car park for those driving.

The Maker's Fair at Standen House & Gardens
Experience an inspiring showcase of artists and makers stalls at Standen House and Gardens, a magnificent Arts & Crafts property managed by the National Trust. Over three days, 60 highly skilled makers and artists will present a curated selection of handmade work, including jewellery, ceramics, textiles, and more.
Held from 10 am to 4 pm each day, the fair spans the elegant Makers Marquee on the croquet lawn and gazebos on Goose Green, offering visitors the chance to witness live demonstrations and engage with makers in a unique setting.

Step into the festive season at The Maker’s Fair, hosted in the magnificent All Saints Church, Hove. Featuring 65 exceptional makers, this one-day event offers a diverse range of handmade wares, including ceramics, jewellery, textiles, cards, prints and more.
Open from 11 am to 5 pm, the fair provides an inspiring opportunity to explore beautifully made pieces and connect with talented makers.

The Maker’s Residency
We are excited to being doing our first Maker’s Fair residency for the Brighton Artists Open Houses. The Maker’s Residency will be hosted by local artists Lauren Hayes & Angela Harrison at 358 Ditchling Road on the Fiveways trail. There will be a small selection of makers exhibiting for all four weekends in May.
